Quick Take on Today’s Prop 8 Hearing

The judges of the CA Supreme Court were not nice and gentle to Ted Olsen.  I think there is little doubt that they will rule in favor of the proponents having standing to defend Prop 8. The only question is what the vote count will be, what the reasoning will be, and how many individual concurring opinions there will be.
